Fees for Tax Filing and Other services
Personal Tax Return:
Personal tax filing through online correspondence - from $50** (Please refer to the "additional fees" section at the end of the page)
Students with no income - from $40
Students - first-time tax filing and benefits application - from $90
Rental income - from $100 ($40 for each additional property)
Commission-based individuals, if employment expenses need to be calculated - from $125
Paper filing - from $100
Self-Employment/Proprietorship:
Ridesharing - (UBER, LYFT), Taxi, Wheel-Trans, etc. - from $145 (additional $40 if multiple cars were used in a tax year)
Renovation - from $145
Multiple businesses - Base $145 (additional $80 for each different business)
Corporations:
IT professionals - from $550 (additional fees for Payroll, T4 Returns, and others)
Professional Corporations (Regulated professions) - from $1200 (additional fees for Payroll, T4 Returns, and others)
Other General Corporations (please call to discuss) - price varies depending on complexity and work volume.
Dormant/Inactive corporate filing - $100
Notice to reader and financial statements - from $350 for each year
Opening Federal or Ontario business incorporation - $300 + applicable government fees and other expenses (No additional fees for services such as opening GST/HST and Payroll, mandatory Initial Return for Ontario Corp., Annual Information Return)
Professional business incorporation - Ontario business incorporation fees + Profession-specific regulatory body's fees (please call for details)
Additional Fees:
Work from home expenses T777S schedules - detail method- $30
First-time home buyer schedule - $40
Disposition of principal residence - $100
Moving expenses optimization - from $100 (up to $250)
Foreign asset declaration (Form T1135) - from $150 (with foreign rental property $200)
Disability tax credit certificate (Form 2201) - $125
Child tax, GST/HST, and Trillium benefit application - $120
Personal GST/HST credit application - $60
Business number and GST/HST registration (Proprietorship) - $60
** Please note that the fee for any duplicate document, which I already provided at the time of tax filing, will be $15. There will be no fee for duplicate documents if I did not provide it before.
** Please note that the fees on personal tax returns may increase after three slips.
** Extra charges will apply for works as stated in the "Additional Fees" section above
** Reviewing your old tax files may require significant time and effort. Price will be set out upon consultation.
